The ultimate purpose of Sadhana School programs is to promote flowering of the innate intelligence by stimulating frontal lobes of the brain. Sadhana School provides fun-filled environment and novel techniques based on yoga of breath, sound, color, music and movement.

Ashok Kumara, Ph.D. (Director)

Ashok received Carnatic vocal music training from Sri Challappa and Smt Balamba Pinakapani at Kurnool, A.P., India, and from Smt Sreevidhya Chandramouli at Portland. Ashok has been teaching music since 1991. After working for nine years in the software industry, he decided to quit software in January 2003 to dedicate the rest of his life to Naada Yoga. The result of extensive four year research on Carnatic vocal teaching techniques resulted in the creation of Naada Kriya Yoga, a comprehensive set of scientific techniques for training the voice instrument to effortlessly produce celestial music - music with powerful sound as well as expression.
