The ultimate purpose of Sadhana School programs is to promote flowering of the innate intelligence by stimulating specific parts of the brain - frontal cortex, mid-brain and celebellum. Sadhana School provides fun-filled environment and novel techniques based on yoga of breath, sound, color, music and movement.

Sadhana School of Celestial Arts (based in Seattle WA) and Portal of Enchantment (based in Sedona AZ). Ashok studied South Indian classical vocal music for twelve years while growing up in India. In 1988 he moved to USA to pursue post-graduate education. After receiving Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington, Seattle, Ashok worked in the software industry for nine years.
In 2003 he awakened to his inner calling for spiritual evolution and quit software job to pursue self mastery through Naada Yoga, the science of inner celestial vibrations. For five years, he performed systematic research on the mastery of body, breath, emotions and mind, integrating scientifically based techniques from hatha yoga (postures and movements), pranayama (breath control techniques), mantra yoga (celestial vibration techniques to stimulate frontal cortex), dhyana yoga (visualization and contemplation techniques) and indian classical vocal music (specifically improvisation techniques).

Based on his research experience, Ashok developed curriculums for kids and adults. Ashok uses a new methodology based on "enchantment and creativity" that applies to kids as well as adults, and very suitable for parents and children to learn together in a joyful, harmonious and collaborative environment. Over two hundred enthusiastic students are currently part of the Seattle community, and the intelligence is spreading in Portland OR, Edision NJ and Sedona AZ through the work of dedicated teachers.
Ashok uses a free-open-intelligence model which is based on abundance and enchantment, and trains/assists motivated teachers to start their own schools using his curriculum and techniques as the basis, free of any ongoing financial entanglements.
